5. Expectations of Engineers
5.1 Engineers using the Platform must:

- comply with UK employment and labour laws;
- ensure that any subcontractors are treated fairly and legally;
- avoid any form of exploitation or forced labour.
5.2 The Company may suspend or terminate accounts where there is evidence of unlawful or unethical conduct.

6.1 The Company undertakes reasonable due diligence on suppliers and service providers, including reviewing:

- contractual commitments;
