4. Engineer Responsibilities

- using appropriate tools, equipment, and PPE;

- maintaining a safe working environment at all times;
- ensuring subcontractors follow the same standards.
4.2 Engineers must ensure that any works undertaken are:
- safe;
- compliant;
- carried out with due care and skill.
4.3 The Company may suspend or terminate accounts where unsafe or unlawful practices are reported.
5. Homeowner Responsibilities
5.1 Homeowners are responsible for:
- providing safe access to their property;
- ensuring the working environment is free from hazards;
- informing Engineers of any known risks (e.g., asbestos, structural issues);
- keeping children, pets, and vulnerable individuals away from work areas.
5.2 Homeowners must not request or encourage Engineers to undertake unsafe or unlawful works.
6. Real-Time Availability
6.1 Real-time availability displayed on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes only.
6.2 It does not guarantee that an Engineer is able to attend safely or immediately.
6.3 Engineers must assess safety before accepting or attending any job.
7. Conduct and Behaviour
7.1 All Users must behave respectfully and responsibly.
7.2 Users must not:
- engage in abusive or threatening behaviour;
- create unsafe conditions;
- interfere with works;
- pressure Engineers into unsafe practices.
7.3 The Company may restrict or terminate access for breaches of conduct.
8. Incident Reporting
8.1 Users may report safety concerns or unsafe behaviour to support@plumbgo.live.
8.2 Reports should include:
- details of the incident;
- the individuals involved;
- any supporting evidence.
