1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PlumbGo.live ("the Website") and the services provided through the PlumbGo platform ("the Platform").

• "Engineer" means any self-employed tradesperson using the Platform.

• "Real-time availability" means the availability indicators displayed on the Platform, updated by Engineers, and provided for general informational purposes only.
• "Services" means the connection services provided by the Platform.

3. Nature of the Platform

3.1 The Platform enables Homeowners to view Engineers and contact them directly.
3.2 The Company does not:

• provide plumbing, heating, or related services;
• employ or engage Engineers;
• guarantee the suitability, qualifications, or availability of any Engineer;
• enter into any contract on your behalf.

3.3 Any agreement for works, services, pricing, or attendance is strictly between you and the Engineer.

4. Real-Time Availability

4.1 Real-time availability displayed on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes only.
4.2 It does not constitute a guarantee that any Engineer is:

• available;
• able to respond;
• willing to accept a job;
• able to attend at any particular time.

4.3 Availability indicators are updated by Engineers and may not always reflect their actual status.
4.4 You must confirm availability directly with the Engineer.

5. Your Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to:

• provide accurate and complete job information;
• communicate respectfully and lawfully;
• ensure safe access to your property;
• verify the identity, qualifications, and insurance of any Engineer you engage.

5.2 You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for selecting an Engineer and entering into any agreement with them.

6. Engineer Responsibilities

6.1 Engineers are responsible for:

• their own qualifications, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws;
• the accuracy of their profile and availability;
• the quality and safety of their work;
• their conduct and communication.

6.2 The Company does not verify or guarantee any Engineer's credentials.

7. No Guarantees or Endorsements

7.1 The Company does not guarantee:

• that any Engineer will respond to your request;
• that any Engineer will accept your job;
• the quality, safety, or outcome of any work;
• the accuracy of any information provided by Engineers.

7.2 The Company does not endorse or recommend any Engineer.

8. Fees

8.1 The Company does not charge Homeowners for using the Platform.
8.2 Any fees agreed between you and an Engineer are outside the scope of the Platform and are your sole responsibility.

9. Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company accepts no liability for:

• the acts, omissions, or conduct of any Engineer;
• any loss, damage, or injury arising from works carried out by an Engineer;
• delays, cancellations, or failures by an Engineer;
• any agreement or dispute between you and an Engineer.

9.2 The Company is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

10. Complaints and Disputes

10.1 Any dispute relating to works, pricing, conduct, or service quality must be resolved directly between you and the Engineer.
10.2 The Company does not mediate or intervene in disputes between Users.

11. Acceptable Use

11.1 You must not:

• misuse the Platform;
• post unlawful, abusive, or misleading information;
• impersonate any person;
• attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform.

11.2 The Company may suspend or restrict access for breach of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website and Platform are owned by the Company.
12.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Website or Platform without permission.
